Bread pizzzzzza

Hello people! *Bright smile*

It had been almost 1 month since my last blog.

Final will be started on 29th Dec. 11 days left! OMG!! I started from those subjects which require a lot of theories eg Principles of Management. Wonder why we need to take management and economics too. Luckily I have basic for economics. *Big phew*

I was so struggling for dinner tonight. Rice?Bread? Since the expiry of bread is on 20th. Hmmm..Quickly surf internet for some ideas. And finally..I got the idea from ---here---. The author used ham but my SPAM finished for months ago.  :-(   I then took meat(pork).

And I named it as "Bread pizzzzzza"!

Ingredient needed
Pineapple(can)
Pineapple syrup
Pork/Chicken mince
Tomato sauce
Cabbage
Cheese
Bread
Pepper

So easy neh?!

#  Slice the pineapple since it comes in cube.

#   Marinate the pork with tomato sauce, pepper, soya sauce, fish sauce and  pineapple syrup for 5-15 minutes

Actually it will taste better if it's minced pork or minced chicken. Or not it will be a little bit chewy.

#  Chop the cabbage into fine. I guess you all don't like to have the taste of fluffy bread with crunchy crunchy cabbage right? Plus it is more easier to be cooked.  :D

#  Next you gonna heat up your pan and a little bit of oil(optional). Fry the minced pork/minced chicken.

#   Take out the pork/chicken. There is left sauce inside the pan. Don't waste it! Place your cabbage into it and stir it.

#  And you will have something like this.

*Do remember to remove the juice or pork and cabbage because you don't want your bread absorb the juice and become soft. That will become very disgusting.

 #  Spread the tomato sauce onto the bread

#  Place all your ingredient onto the bread equally. (Minced meat, cabbage, pineapples, cheese)

 #  Put into the oven for few minutes. As long as your cheese melt and the bread become a little bit of crunchieee.. I don't have oven here so I just use a normal pan. Remember to cover it because the steam will help u to melt the cheese.  =)

#  Enjoy! =)

Bye peeps.
Study now!
Have a pleasant night.
